1. Overview and Acceptance
1.1
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rules governing access to and use of the website https://skinbix.com (the “Platform” or the “Service”), which is operated by DIGISKINS LTD (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.
1.2
The Platform provides a digital marketplace environment through which registered users may buy, sell, exchange, transfer, and otherwise manage virtual cosmetic in-game items (“Skins”) associated with supported video games, including, without limitation, Counter-Strike 2 (CS2).
1.3
By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or using any part of the Service, the user (the “User”) confirms that they:
- have read and understood these Terms;
- agree to be legally bound by them;
- accept all related Company policies referred to in these Terms;
- satisfy all applicable age and legal eligibility requirements in their jurisdiction.
1.4
If the User does not agree with these Terms, any incorporated policy, or the applicable eligibility requirements, the User must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. Definitions
Unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- Platform / Service — the online marketplace and related functionality available at https://skinbix.com;
- Company — DIGISKINS LTD;
- User — any person who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Service;
- Account — a user profile created through Steam authentication for access to the Platform;
- Transaction — any operation involving the purchase, sale, exchange, transfer, payout, or withdrawal of Virtual Items or related value within the Service;
- Virtual Items / Skins — in-game cosmetic items made available through supported Steam-connected games;
- Payment Service Provider (PSP) — an independent third-party payment or payout processor;
- Commission — any fee charged by the Company in connection with Platform Transactions;
- Policies — supplementary legal and operational documents governing specific aspects of the Service.
3. Nature of the Service
3.1
The Platform is intended to provide users with access to a digital environment in which eligible users may interact with supported virtual items and related transaction functionality.
3.2
Virtual Items available through the Platform are digital cosmetic items associated with supported games. They are intangible in nature and do not constitute physical goods.
3.3
Use of the Platform may depend on the availability and proper functioning of third-party services, including Steam, payment infrastructure providers, hosting providers, and related technical systems.
3.4
The Company may modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue certain features of the Service from time to time where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, or commercial reasons.
4. Account Registration and Access
4.1
Full access to the core functionality of the Platform requires authentication through a valid personal Steam account.
4.2
By using Steam authentication, the User represents and warrants that the Steam account used for access is lawfully owned or lawfully controlled by them and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4.3
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account and associated login credentials, including by:
- safeguarding Steam authentication details;
- securing the devices used to access the Platform;
- avoiding unauthorized sharing of Account access;
- taking reasonable measures to prevent malware, phishing, or other unauthorized access.
4.4
The Company may suspend, limit, review, or terminate access to any Account where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, related Policies, unlawful conduct, fraudulent conduct, abusive use, or activity posing operational or security risks.
5. Age Requirements and Eligibility
5.1
Access to the Service is permitted only to users who satisfy the applicable minimum legal age requirements, including:
- United Kingdom — 18 years of age;
- European Economic Area (EEA) — 16 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by local law.
5.2
By using the Service, the User confirms that they meet the minimum age requirement applicable to them.
5.3
The Company does not knowingly permit use of the Service by persons below the required minimum age and does not knowingly process personal data of such individuals. If such use or data is identified, the Company may take appropriate action, including deletion of relevant data and restriction of access, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Relationship with Other Policies
6.1
These Terms constitute the primary legal agreement governing access to and use of the Service.
6.2

7. User Obligations

- relevant Steam rules and third-party platform requirements.
7.2
The User undertakes to:
- provide accurate, current, and truthful information where requested;
- carefully review transaction details before confirming any Transaction;
- refrain from engaging in unlawful, deceptive, manipulative, or misleading conduct;
- avoid the use of bots, scripts, automation tools, exploits, or abusive technical methods unless expressly permitted by the Company;
- promptly notify the Company of any suspected unauthorized access, Account compromise, or security incident.
7.3
The User remains responsible for all actions carried out through their Account unless and until the Company is properly notified of a security issue through official support channels.
8. User Rights
8.1
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, the User is entitled to:
- access and use the Platform in accordance with its intended functionality;
- communicate with the Company through official support channels;
- have personal data processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation;
- exercise applicable legal rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where relevant.
8.2
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory consumer rights which cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
9. Company Responsibilities and Rights
9.1
The Company undertakes to:
- operate and maintain the Service with reasonable care;
- process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
- apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the Platform and associated data;
- respond to user inquiries and complaints within reasonable timeframes.
9.2
The Company reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to:
- update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service;
- introduce, remove, or change Platform features or technical functionality;
- apply, change, or adjust commissions, processing fees, or other charges;
- restrict or terminate user access in the event of breaches, suspected abuse, legal obligations, technical risks, or security concerns.
10. Payout Terms and Conditions
10.1 General Provisions
This Section governs the conditions under which Users may submit payout or withdrawal requests through the Service. By requesting a payout, the User agrees to comply with these Terms, the Company’s Policies, applicable law, and the requirements of relevant Payment Service Providers.
10.2 Eligibility for Payouts
Payouts are available only to Users who:
- reside in jurisdictions supported by the Company and relevant PSPs;
- use supported bank cards or other approved payout methods;
- have completed any required verification procedures;
- have not engaged in prohibited activities under these Terms;
- provide accurate and valid payout information.
The Company may revise payout eligibility requirements from time to time.
10.3 Payout Processing Time
The Company processes payout requests within one (1) business day from the time of submission.
However, the actual receipt of funds by the User may depend on the processing times, procedures, and technical operations of the relevant bank, card issuer, or PSP, which remain outside the Company’s control.
The Company does not guarantee the precise time at which funds will appear in the User’s bank account or payment instrument after release for processing.
10.4 Payout Limits
Unless otherwise stated on the Platform:
- Minimum payout amount: 10 USD
- Maximum payout amount: 5,000 USD per Transaction
10.5 Fees
The following fees may apply in connection with payouts:
- Company service or processing fees;
- PSP or banking charges;
- currency conversion or settlement fees, where applicable.
All applicable fees will be displayed before the User confirms a payout request.
10.6 Verification Requirements
The Company may request identity verification, proof of address, or supporting information related to payout processing, account ownership, or transaction legitimacy.
Failure to provide requested verification information may result in delayed processing, temporary restriction, or refusal of payout requests.
10.7 Compliance with Payment Scheme Rules
All payout operations must comply with applicable payment network and card scheme rules, including those of Visa and Mastercard, where relevant.
The Company may adjust payout procedures where required to reflect changes in payment processing rules or technical requirements.
10.8 Restricted and Prohibited Payout Activity
Users may not request or attempt payouts connected with:
- use of stolen or unauthorized payment instruments;
- fraudulent, fictitious, deceptive, or misleading activity;
- unlawful use of the Service;
- attempts to bypass regional, technical, or provider-imposed restrictions.
10.9 Reasons a Payout May Be Declined
A payout request may be refused, delayed, limited, or cancelled where:
- incorrect or incomplete payout details are provided;
- the selected payout method is unsupported;
- verification remains incomplete;
- suspicious or high-risk activity is detected;
- regional restrictions apply;
- third-party PSP, bank, or technical errors prevent processing.
10.10 Unsuccessful Payouts
Where a payout cannot be completed, the relevant amount may, where possible, be returned to the User’s Platform balance, less any applicable fees, reversals, or third-party charges.
10.11 User Responsibility for Payout Details
The User is solely responsible for ensuring that all payout details submitted are accurate, complete, and current.
10.12 Jurisdictional Restrictions
Payouts may be unavailable in certain countries or regions due to technical, legal, commercial, or provider-related reasons. The list of supported or restricted jurisdictions may be updated from time to time.
10.13 Limitation of Liability in Payout Operations
The Company acts only as an intermediary in relation to payout functionality and is not liable for:
- delays caused by banks or PSPs;
- fees imposed by financial institutions;
- rejections, interruptions, or technical errors caused by third-party payment systems.
Any liability of the Company, where established, shall be limited to the amount of the specific payout transaction concerned.

11. Transactions and Finality
11.1
Users acknowledge that Transactions involving Virtual Items may be subject to technical execution steps, third-party platform dependencies, and timing-related processing conditions.
11.2
Once a Transaction involving Virtual Items has been completed and confirmed through the Platform, it may be treated as final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the applicable refund rules.
11.3
The User is responsible for verifying Transaction details before confirmation, including item selection, pricing, payout information, and any associated fees.
12. Prohibited Conduct
12.1
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in conduct including, without limitation:
- unauthorized access to Accounts or systems;
- sharing Accounts in violation of Platform rules;
- attempting to bypass Platform, Steam, or technical limitations;
- fraud, abuse, market manipulation, or deceptive conduct;
- use of bots, scripts, or automated tools where prohibited;
- interference with software, code, servers, or infrastructure;
- distribution of malware, phishing content, or harmful code;
- use of the Platform in a way that may damage, overload, or impair the Service.
12.2
The Company may take any reasonable protective action in response to prohibited conduct, including suspension, restriction, Transaction cancellation where possible, or permanent account termination.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its software, design, visual elements, layout, trademarks, branding, content, databases, and underlying technology, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the User other than the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
13.3
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract, scrape, republish, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted by law or by the Company in writing.
14. Limited Licence to Use the Platform
14.1
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use in connection with the intended functionality of the Service.
14.2
This licence does not permit the User to resell, sublicense, mirror, scrape, clone, exploit, or otherwise commercially use the Platform or any part of it without the Company’s prior written consent.
15. Third-Party Services
15.1
The Platform may rely on third-party systems and providers, including but not limited to:
- Steam authentication and connected game infrastructure;
- payment processors and payout providers;
- hosting, storage, and cloud services;
- technical and communication tools.
15.2
The Company does not control such third-party systems and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, delays, interruptions, restrictions, technical errors, or availability issues, except where such responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Service Availability
16.1
The Company aims to maintain the availability and functionality of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation of the Service.
16.2
The Platform or any part of it may be temporarily limited, suspended, or made unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, third-party dependency failures, security incidents, or other operational reasons.
17. Risk Acceptance
17.1
The User acknowledges that use of the Platform and Transactions involving Virtual Items involve inherent risks, including:
- market volatility affecting virtual item values;
- technical delays or processing failures;
- third-party system interruptions;
- changes in supported games, marketplaces, or external services.
17.2
By using the Service, the User accepts such risks to the extent inherent in the nature of the Platform and digital item transactions.
18. Electronic Communications
18.1
By using the Service, the User agrees that the Company may provide notices, confirmations, updates, policy changes, and other communications in electronic form, including through the Platform interface or via email.
18.2
Electronic communications shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Limitation of Liability
19.1
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses;
- loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data;
- failures, restrictions, or errors caused by third-party services;
- losses resulting from User misconduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms;
- market losses or value fluctuations affecting Virtual Items.
19.2
In all cases, the total liability of the Company arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be limited to the total amount of commissions paid by the User to the Company during the preceding three (3) months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
20.1
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
20.2
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide the User with rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.
21. Amendments
21.1
The Company may revise, update, or amend these Terms from time to time.
21.2
The latest version of the Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
21.3
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
23. No Waiver
Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or of any other right available to the Company.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with all Policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding access to and use of the Service and supersede any prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
